I was first introduced to Keto Chow years ago when (I think) it was just Chris mixing it in his house doing it all himself and I loved how he published all his science and reasoning behind the composition and I was in. Fast forward a bit later I eventually stopped keto (and gained a ton of weight lol) and stopped using keto chow.
I'm getting back into keto now and am delighted to see the progress the company has made. I'd just like to know what your routine or what a standard day is with keto chow. Do you have it for breakfast? lunch? dinner? mid-day snack? What do you eat for your other meals and how does it fit into your lifestyle? What is your fat of choice and why? Oh and drop me your favorite flavors, there's a million new ones I have yet to try! The savory flavors really piqued my interest. I seem to remember really enjoying cookies and cream.
