I started keto on Monday, and have religiously tracked my macros in Carb Manager. Havenāt even gone over 10 carbs since the start.
However, I did not get the āketo fluā everyone always talks about. Had some intense sugar cravings on Tuesday and some of yesterday with a light headache. But none of this, āhit by a train in bedā feeling. Am I in ketosis? I also take a multivitamin, but that seems to not have any carbs in it. Iām also drinking Coke Zero, but some people say the taste of zero sugar can still generate an insulin response.
Just seems weird, everyone harped on me: āKETO FLU WILL BE DEATH, PREPARE, REST, KETO FLU AWFUL, etc.ā
