After a bit of thought, I decided to purge my pantry (read: drawer) of all the high-carb foods that have been staples of my diet for all my life. I replaced it with better, lower-carb foods.
I'm 5'10", 210lbs, 20yo. Aiming for 160lbs at least. Here's to the start of a positive change in my life.
