How to chop up my ketamine?

I used to just not cut it up but I would find myself getting frequent nosebleeds. Also is there any advice on how frequent I should be snorting it? I used to find myself doing a bump every 5 minutes and it would hit me harder than I would want it to, lucky enough I haven’t experienced a k-hole.
Edit: Thanks everyone for your replies I will try some of these methods later
Edit 2: bought a gram turns out it was sugar 😂 won’t be trying these methods until I sort this out
