Tolerance - quantity vs frequency

I took a look through the sub and couldn't find anything to really answer my question.

From what I gather ket tolerance builds rapidly and I am pretty worried about increasing mine. I'm not a binger and haven't done more than ~300mg in a night. Typically I do closer to 100mg split up in 1-3 lines, or even less. I've done this for around 4 weeks straight now (usually Fri-Sat) as I'm new to ket and the novelty is still high. I also find it somewhat therapeutic and noticed that I've been in a better overall mood since using it.

If I was to do ~100mg doses 2 times a week can I expect a rapid increase in tolerance and side effects? I do feel that I don't get as whacked off a dose now as I initially did, but I also feel that there is a mental acclimation to the effects and wanting to experience more, rather than a strictly physical tolerance.

Curious to hear more experienced users' opinions.
