I'm a paramedic with several years of experience. I've given K for pain, for sedation, and for anxiety. I've self administered K via IV three times. My wife is 160 pounds, has depression, ADHD, and is on mood stabilizers. She's been really struggling with emotional triggers and severe anxiety. Her psychiatrist is refusing to put her on antidepressants, saying that her mood stabilizers should be enough. We don't really trust the tech-bro Ketamine therapy programs that mail you low oral doses for crazy high prices, and the only K clinic near us isn't taking new patients for months. I was thinking of giving her 20-40mg in a 100ml IV drip and monitoring her for her first trip. Any thoughts on my dosage, method, or other considerations? Thanks.
