I use ketamine all the time, not crazy amounts like some people but still more than recommended, I don't have any physical issues from the frequent use yet. I have suffered with mental health problems for years, tried many different medications, been to 7 different therapists over the span of 6 years and the list goes on. I have always frequented abusing substances such as alcohol and mdma for long periods, eventually stopping moving onto another drug, now the drug of choice is ketamine. It is by far my favourite drug and has significantly improved my mental health since using it, I don't want to go without it ever tbh and I know I am turning into an addict again but I really dont want to. I am not asking for sympathy I know I am wrong but I just dont exactly know how to cope without it yk? I dont want to go back to that horrific mental state I suffered from for several years, which still has a major affect on my life to this day.
