Hey everyone.

I have some experience with Ketamine. It's probably one of my favourite substance and I tried a few K-holing techniques.

I have taken it slowly (one 25mg bump per 5 minutes)
and i've taken it fast (125mg in per 5 minutes minutes).

for context i never went over 300mg per session and never had more than a session per 2 weeks. so my tolerance shouldn't be very high.

My question is about what is YOUR recipie for a meaningful time with that substance. do you go fast ? do you go slow ? How much do you take ? do you do anything specific before ? do you meditate ? if so how ?

I'd love a lot of details about your own way of doing thing ! I'm asking mostly for k-holing but i'm open to other types of expériences !
