best way to get powder from a water-ket solution?

wanted to fent test a new eighth I picked up and I read that I should combine it with water and test it so that I’m sure the entire eighth is safe. Now I’m left with like 3 cups of water containing 3.5gs of ket.
I tried sticking the bowl it’s in in my oven at ~200 F but it seems like that would take multiple days for all of the water to evaporate out. Anyone have any ideas on how I can get my sweet sweet powder back?
