How many of you feel as if you have had your memory chronically impaired since ketamine use?

I used everyday for about 3 months, going through an oz in a month using roughly 1 g a day.

When I was using I bought the poor memory was only temporary while using this substance, 5 years later It got a little bit better but never recovered and now I have troubles with short term memory.

I can only remember after being reminded so it’s not like I forget entirely but it’s definitely notable and will now and then get me in trouble at work and at home when my wife tells me something for the 3rd time but I forgot it already.

How have you guys combated this if you have it and do you have any suggestions with how to cope now with a poor memory?
