I want to avoid increasing my tolerance to ketamine. I do a k-hole level trip every weekend for therapeutic reasons (intra-nasal).
I noticed recently after I did a mid-week sub-breakthrough nnDMT trip that when I did my weekend ketamine thing, it was much easier to fall into the k-hole, and that I haven't had to increase my dose of ketamine to get into a k-hole for a while.
Has this been a thing for anyone - doing nnDMT several days prior to a k-hole trip makes it easier to get into the k-hole and you end up not having to increase the dose on a regular basis?
Or am I just engaging in wishful thinking and it's all placebo effect that will disappear shortly?
Update:
Try consuming grapefruit juice maybe 30-60 minutes prior to consuming ketamine in order to allow time for the juice to inhibit the CYP3A4 enzymes that break down ketamine in the liver, increasing the bioavailability of ketamine. The effect depends on your metabolism and may be unpredictable but you may be able to reduce the amount of ketamine and still get the same effect, or keep the amount the same but have an even longer/deeper trip.
Magnesium L-Threonate and/or Glycinate can potentially enhance the effects of ketamine by modulating NMDA receptors and promoting neuroplasticity.
