Is it better to come up on ket and keep topped up, or is it ok to come back to normality and go again?

I used to use mdma a lot so you could drop a few more pills to stay up but if you've come down there's no point. How does it work with ket? Obviously you go so wonky you kind of have to come back to take some more but which do you think is better?
