Numbness, specifically as a male. (TMI Warning? Idk how to word it)

I don't really know where to check this so hopefully in the right place. I'd like to see if any males have had a similar experience. For the past week my bladder has felt almost numb as well as my dick to the point where I went into the ER today. I'm struggling to fully know when I need to pee, as well as how much and when to stop? Both urine samples came back with no issues and my bladder is healthy. Sorry about this coming off as a horror story😬🫠
