Hey, I'm going to be trying ketamine for the first time but I'm unsure how much to take for the first time. I ended up with a gram of it and Im excited to try it. Just for reference I am on opioids (Hydromorphone) and benzos (Diazepam). I'm unsure how they will interact but I was told itll relax me and possibly help my pain as well as depression.

I'm here to ask if anyone has any tips for the first time, I'm going to be alone so I don't wanna do this the wrong way. The ket is is rock form, I plan on snorting it. If someone could tell me how much to take for the first time, thatd be awesome.
