New to k and wondering how often is safe to use

I tried k for the first time at a music festival and it was a great time I ended up doing it the entire weekend. I came here to see if it’s safe to use multiple days in a row and how long you should take breaks for in between using? Normally with mdma I try to follow the 3 month rule sometimes longer if I do it more than one day in a row to restore my serotonin, but I know k is a completely different drug.
