Relatively new explorer to K. Mostly go easy and enjoy the buzz and fuzzy experience of K.
However, a few times I have felt real wonky. Kinda prefer a few drinks when using K and know it’s probably not advised but never got sick or too fucked up. Couple times though I’ll be buzzed and slightly dissociated and then shit starts getting weird. Will feel really anxious, paranoid in the sense that i almost feel watched and like something bad may happen. Pulse increases and experience distortions in my vision and thought patterns. I would describe it as feeling like I am in a macabre waking dream. Have also suddenly experienced full on hallucinations which with friends around is not fun although they talked me down and took me outside in the dark where it was a lot less stimulating. Def feel like near panic attacks but not sure. Any way to avoid these kinds of experiences? The obvious answer is to not do too much but I swear can’t figure out how and why it happens so quickly.
Also any tips on how to get out of these freaky episodes? Have figured out to minimize outside stimulation ie, music, lights, screens, other people, etc but also helps to be in a safe dim or dark room. Incense and essential oils like citrus and lavender seem to help. Other practices that help ground also help. Have also taken some anti-anxiety meds but do not prefer that route.
Again mostly enjoy the experience and have noticed an overall improvement of my affect but would really prefer not to have these waking bad dream experiences.
Thoughts? Advice?
