What's the story with saline rinsing, I mean when should you do it?
I do not have a scales, so I'm going to just take out little doses with a key then crush them up (is a card fine to just press down on the crystals?).
Will I be able to sleep easily after / while still high? Does it affect dreams?
Do I need to worry about hydration like with alcohol or amphetamine?
Also any general tips or recommendations? 🙏
