How much is too much?

Over the past couple months I've been doing ketamine very frequently. Not k holing but rather doing a bump periodically throughout the night while at the bar etc cause I felt like I'd been drinking too much lately. Turns out I really like ket, end up doing more than just a couple bumps in a night, and it's not net positive - I get that. So now I'm wondering... How much and how often is overdoing it? I've been looking up medical journals on the effects especially on your bladder/kidney but there's no research to really indicate how much or how often you have to take it to start risking negative side affects. Does anyone have any experience they can share?

For my own experience, the first 3 weeks I did about 3g. Over the next 3 weeks I did about 5g maybe a tad more, idk I was giving a lot to friends so it's hard to say. Didn't really realize til today when looking at my text messages how fast I'd gone through it all, I thought it had been like 2-3 months but really only like 1.5 mo. I haven't had any ill effects yet, but Im gunna tone it down or take a complete break if I must. Just wanting to be informed - harm reduction and all that. Shame it's so hard to get reliable info to know how to protect yourself (aside from the obvious just not doing it).
