I’ll start off saying I have pretty bad physical anxiety, because of that my heart rate often gets pretty high, and through the day it usually stays at 80bpm. It almost never gets lower.
I’ve tried k a couple days ago for the first time. I was doing ~30mg bumps - 2nd and 3rd one were taken after around 40 minutes from previous one, and 4th one was taken around 1,5-2h from the 3rd one. 1st and 2nd dose produced a pretty mild high, while on 3rd and 4th dose the effects got pretty damn intense (probably not very intense for a frequent user, but for me as a beginner it was pretty intense). I was worried about my HR spiking so I checked it and to my surprise, after 3rd and 4th dose it was around 60bpm - so like 20bpm lower compared to my regular HR. That worried me quite a bit, as I read a lot about ketamine effects on the heart and everywhere it says that it should make the HR higher if anything. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I worry about it? My first 2 bumps didn’t affect my HR at all.
I’ll add that I tested it with fent strip and it came back negative, but I didn’t fully test with reagents. It’s said to be iso s and it looks like lots of tiny glass shards.
