First time underwhelming

Tried for the first time last night via nasal spray. I dissolved 1.107 grams in 7-8mL of distilled water I took around 6-7 spray. I felt a little wonky but pretty underwhelming for what I was expecting. Did I not do enough or do I need to shake it before each spray or what? Any advice?
