idek what to call these but it's kinda odd, it's like i get swept up into these scenarios in my head n think they're actually happening

like i might suddenly be the captain on a ship n hear my ship mates (actually just my thoughts splitting off from me and being audible) calling out to me in my head to turn the ship before a huge wave hits, or i might become an astronaut in space and be trying to get ready to go on a spacewalk, or just someone sitting at a café having coffee with someone who talks back to me

it's never a visual thing but there is an auditory aspect to it and it happens when i get super dissociated and lose connection to stuff, i'd say it's like the dose right below holing

they're very delusional sometimes and it's kinda fun when i come out of them n ask myself "wtf was that?"

i've noticed DXM does it more to me than ket (especially if combined with nitrous), but ket definitely can still do it if i get the dose right lol

it's kinda similar to hypnagogic scenarios that play out in my head when falling asleep but on dissos it's way more "vivid" and delusional

is this like a common thing on dissociatives, do any of you experience it?
