left nostril blocked after 5 days

so 5 days ago i did 2 grams in total up my left nostril because its my good nostril, now its constantly blocked unless i lie down on my right side. will this go away or am i fucked? my right one is mostly unblocked and actually better than before, seems like they’ve switched places but when i’m sat upright, walking etc the left is completely blocked.
