Ever watch Everything Everywhere All at Once? Because that's exactly feels like, and it's been happening since before I even watched the movie. It's not like I control it either as if I wished it wouldn't happen, it just tends to happen once every 12 k-holes where I am specifically anxious during it and upon my exit but is not exclusive to if I am anxious before dosing.
When this happens, it feels exactly as if multiple physical bodies of me exist at once and they are all being pulled away from me in different directions. It is very, very interestingly painful. The pain is pulsating and courses through my entire body but is most painful in my head. When I can move again, any visuals and hallucinations stop as I sit in my eerie room and feel like I've broken time; like I exist outside of it and my body is trying to be pulled back into it. If you think that's cool, you'd be completely right. It feels like I am entering many different dimensions all at once. Do I want to experience it again? Probably not.
It happens more frequently if I were to use psychedelics so I guess that would be a good place for me to start researching as a weird interaction between agonized 5-HTP2A receptors and ketamine may be causing serotonin syndrome. However, I am currently only taking a small 75mg dose of SNRI venlafaxine (effexor) and the pain is at same threshold as when I was taking 3x that. This does not happen with psychedelics alone.
And I do play my happy music in case you were wondering but it still happens :)
