Post Body

everyone is different, pain is subjective and (as far as i know) “k-cramps” havent been medically defined or ‘tied to’ a specific organ, but reading some of the posts about k cramps most people were describing pain just below the ribs and/or middle back (often to the right) like a dull ache up to agonising twisting and cramping sensation, akin to gallstone pain

i read this after experiencing what i now suspect to be k-cramps. id never had it before and just assumed k-cramps were lower abdo becos of bladder damage. bladder cramps. lol

it’s a case study of a woman who had gone to hospital 3 times for that the common biliary duct (tube in the liver, gallbladder, pancreas & small intestine) and twice they found her gallbladder was inflamed/dilated, with no gallstones

i don’t thibk i have gallstones, i’ve only experienced it 3 or 4 times and it stopped when i stopped using k
