Nasal spray re crystalization???

I have a homemade nasal spray with distilled water and ket… could pour the nasal spray in a plate or bowl or even plastic cup and would it evaporate? Would it moldy snd gross? What would happen? Im trnna keep the ket for a future time and id rather it be powder im not trying to use my oven either…
