So I’ve been on and off with K the last year. Most recently, I took a 6 week break, then have been using 1 gram once a week for the last 3 weeks.

Last week however, I used 4 grams over the span of four days. Felt completely fine in the days after. However, now 5 days after, I feel a slight discomfort (not quite “painful”) in the area about 2 inches below my belly button area.

What I’m curious to know is: for anyone who’s experienced bladder pain / k cramps, did you experience a delayed onset of the pain? (Eg a couple days after using)… or did your pain come immediately after using K?

I would assume people feel the pain directly after using K, but would really appreciate if anyone could share their experiences
