Good dosage for first time ket?

Female, 23, approx 64kg
I don’t have a scale that can measure milligrams. I would be doing ket on my own in my room. Would probably put my LED lights on and listen to music.
I want to feel euphoria but not overwhelmed. Very afraid of the k-hole, definitely do not want to experience not being able to move.
Is this the kind of drug where you microwave a plate then do small lines? Any advice? Thanks
