Am I experiencing bladder damage?

Post Body

So I’ve been a user of ketamine for about 8 years now (36F). When I first started I was averaging about a gram a night but now I can go through 15gs or more a week sometimes even in a weekend depending on whatever I’m doing and/or going through. Although I have scaled back and am trying to now use less if not be sober ish… A few months when my usage was peaking I started to experience SEVERE k cramps to the point where I was cold sweating, was unable to hold food down and passing out in pain. I am highly functional on k and have severe anxiety so it’s been a crutch for me to get through sometimes my most debilitating days… recently I’ve noticed I have to pee a lot but even after I go to the bathroom I find myself a few mins later having to go again more so when I’m laying down and inactive. I was born with kidney and bladder issues and usually can tell when I’m not hydrated enough just by how my kidneys feel I have recently took a step back from ketamine where I’m only really using maybe 3gs on weekends if that because I really haven’t been going out much… I didn’t experience the frequent urination before my urine is clear and this is not a UTI as I can also tell since I’ve struggled with those since birth… is this just damage?
