Hey so what would be the ultimate preventative measures to protect against effects of k. Like for instance what supplements work best to protects the badder; that kinda thing. I heard green tea works good but I want to hear about all the different ways people use. Iโm not a heavy user anymore but was; my bladder works great but k has cause me cramps among other thing after binging. I now do in maybe once a month tops sometimes longer. I typically do about 2 grams pretty quickly like in a day, or two. So I want to minimize any bad effects if I can. Also advice on if you think thatโs too much is also helpful. I want to find a a happy balance to continue enjoying it.
