Do you think this is sustainable for the body If I do It for about a month or two?
I know It can spiral down but It won't. Ive gone though this phase and I've learned how to be disciplined so just let me know If 250mg every night for about 2 months will be sustainable for my body? I usually spread It in about 4 or 6 hours while I try to relax and watch some movies, listen some music and treat a bit my depression. Im also on SSRI but It doesnt do much and Valium which I initially loved but now need about 15 or 20mg a day to keep me on track which I dont like cause I dont wanna far stretch my doses. Im depressed and Ive been working on It for years. I just now wanna know If 250mg of K everyday for about 2 months *with some day offs now and then* will be bad for my body. I will drink plenty water and green tea.
