anyone ever had a bad time like this

i was chillin and all of a sudden my body felt like insane vibrating sensations and then i thought my heart was gonna stop beating and i woke up my partner to “please call ambulance” and then we just hugged so my heart chilled out. i wonder why that happens, it was scary.. i was like that for 20-30 mins. maybe i went into my ketty headspace with anxiety and then it manifested itself into fear of dying.
