Here is an update from this post where I said I will take a two-month break off ket, dose 2000mg of Magnesium Threonate a day, and report back with my change in tolerance.
I actually ended up doing three months. That was the plan in the first place, but honestly I said two months solely because I didn't think I'd be able to go without ket for three. But I'm glad to say I did it.
I also didn't end up using Magnesium Threonate as consistently as I had hoped. I dosed it sporadically throughout these three months.
The results: My tolerance has reduced significantly. But, more importantly, I feel the 'magic' again. And when I say significantly, I mean ~100mg is getting me to where 1g got me before. However, I have read that some people feel their tolerance drop after a break before it climbs back up again rapidly. This is my first time doing it since the break, so I will have to wait and see on that one.
