My son needed another controller for his 360, but they're kind of hard to come by these days. Thus, I thought a pawn shop would be a good place to check. I just picked the highest rated shop in town and called to see if they had any.

Me: Hey, I was wondering if you had an item in your store.

Guy at the shop: If it's a bikini signed by Ginger Spice, we certainly do.

Me, laughing: That's tempting, but I was thinking something a little more bare necessities.

Him: Sounds like you need a change of priorities.

Me: I'm surprised you don't keep it for yourself.

Him: Pfft, I don't need TWO of them!

I've never once in my life laughed during a customer service call, let alone that hard. Anyways, at the risk of sounding like a shill, they were really cool and swapped my son's old games (about 15 of them of varying prestige) for the controller, nice and easy. I almost never have need of a pawn shop but if I do I'm going there. Hope you enjoyed this little piece of Kelowna-cana!
