THRIFTERS AND THOSE WHO DONATE
Post Body

I think we can all agree thrifting is starting to become like shopping at the mallā€¦ not much cheaper anymore. Value village has a binder with every brand you can think of, with price points for each. BUT when you donate, if you cut the brand tag off so they canā€™t see the brand, everything is priced so much cheaper!!!

We donate to help other people out and we thrift because we wanna save money. šŸ¤Can we all collectively get together and start a pattern ofcutting tags off of items before theyā€™re donated?? šŸ¤

Idk how reddit works really if this can be reposted or whatever so more people can see this and get on board but plssssss people this would be so awesome for everyone!! Itā€™d help the homeless be able to afford clothing easier too!!

EDIT**** I donā€™t support Value village unless I have to because their hours are all that fit into my schedule at that time, or I couldnā€™t find what Iā€™m looking for at other stores. I hate them. Theyā€™re f****ing terrible. I know where the proper places are to donate and to shop, I kindly donā€™t want anymore comments about that! Its for the people that you know will still continue to shop at value village or big name thrift stores to help them out. Very much a read and move on post. Thanks and happy new year everyone ā¤ļø
