I always practice my kegels lying on the floor on my back with my knees bent and feet on the ground. I can feel my vagina tighten, it’s a strong noticeable feeling.
I’ve noticed when I’m lying down on my back and have my legs spread open in the air (basically like that position in missionary where you have your legs on a guy’s shoulders) it’s harder to squeeze the muscles and I have to stop myself from trying to use my leg muscles to help me kegel.
I’ve also noticed when I’m standing up normally, it’s hard for me to kegel, almost impossible.
Is this normal…?
