Is ma:nyo Bifida Biome Complex Ampoule really a Dupe for Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair?

I have been trying EL: ANR and unfortunately (only bc of the price) it gives my skin a pretty glow that tret does not (I have used tret since 2021). I initially just bought it because I needed something gentler for my neck/chest but used it on my face, too.

I have heard that the ma:nyo ampoule gives similar results, but this is often from people only looking at common ingredients and who weren’t using EL:ANR at all or very long (greater than a few months).

Has anyone made the switch after using EL:ANR for longer than a few months? Did it really do the same thing on your skin?
