After years of not connecting with this album, I suddenly fell in love with it. It blows my mind how her work does this to me. I had the same experience with The Dreaming in 2020- couldn’t stand it for years and now it’s my favourite album of hers. But back to The Red Shoes. There is something so vibrant about these tracks. Rubber band Girl & And So Is Love are just fantastic. Still not in love with Eat The Music but am loving getting to know this album.
