I don’t understand how to help my team win

I have had a ROUGH loss streak since I started playing Karma, and I don’t think it’s my fault but I think I can definitely do something about it. I’ve been playing her top, but I don’t think I’m doing bad at all. Keep in mind I’m low elo. Does anybody have tips on how to carry like this? Or am I just unlucky?
