Title says it all, I’ve not had a lot of the other ramen spots mentioned on here yet but since KC Craft Ramen hasn’t been mentioned yet on most of the threads I’ve seen, I thought it would warrant it’s own post.
These guys might have some of my favorite ramen I’ve ever had the opportunity to eat, the KC Black ramen with the garlic oil was so good and the Gyoza and KC buns were out of this world. I’m eager to try some of the other Ramen options I’ve seen mentioned here but i would be lying if I said I thought all other spots have a tough act to follow.
Please do yourself a favor with this rainy weekend and fall weather approaching and put this spot on your ‘Need to Try’ list in KC, it was an awesome experience!
Edit: also need to say I know I can’t vouch for authenticity but it was a great bowl and they are having a ramen shop come out from Japan to run their menu and restaurants out of their store front in November so if you ever wanted to try the real deal then now’s the time!
