Title says it all. Looking very likely that I will be relocating to Salina in July. I've been in SE KS for 2 years and spent a good amount of my adult life in Minnesota.

Culturally I don't expect anything different than SE KS. Looking for info on housing and things to do in the area.

I am possibly going to be renting for the first 6-9 months and was wondering what the rental market is like in Salina? Do I need to start looking now even though it seems like I won't be there till Mid-July? Rental companies/apartments that you recommend? Are there any neighborhoods to avoid?

If I decide to stay long-term, I'd like a recommendation on a realtor in the area, please.
