Need yalls help/input with what to put in the middle of my harness

I just made a Kandi harness from a YouTube video I watched. The YouTube video is the first pic and mine is second. I’m thinking about putting something over the boob area because I am going to be wearing pasties. What do y’all think I should put in the middle? All I can think of is a big star or small stars as of now but I’m trying to come up with some other ideas. Was hoping yall could help me brainstorm!!! Also I thought I’d just stringing beads across, but wasn’t sure how it would look or what color to use there.
