It was my first time going there this week. I am currently travelling for work, but found some time to go down there. I have been a bit nervous with body issues and I finally got the courage to embrace my body for all its imperfections and just be at peace. Everyone there has been super friendly and kind. I've been back 3 times and plan to go for the rest of the week until I leave Canberra. This is an amazing place and I plan to come back everytime I'm in Canberra. It's tranquil, and calming for the soul. Would recommend this place to anyone.
