Ravenous Hydra> Beserker Greaves> Manamune> Nashors Tooth> RiftWalker.

This is her core build I just tried in the last 3 games. With Ravenous Hunter I get 36% Omnivamp and I still shred. I do this build in the jungle and out of the three games I have player I got a Quad on the first, penta on the second and quad (almost penta but hecarim players are meanies and run) on the third game.

I'm still testing this build and I can't decide what the 6th item is but I do alot of damage, Have about 30% cdr and heal like crazy. Its fun and I was wondering if other people have tried builds close to this.
