New to kspas, tips? Also any advice for getting in cold tubs?

I found a kspa near me and I have always wanted to try. Are there some things that are best for relaxing/helping a sore back? Is there a specific order that I am meant to follow when going from area to area? Also, I know there’s a cold tub, I’ve seen that people just walk in no issues or with little hesitation and whenever I have tried them I can’t get in very far and I feel like I’m not getting the full effect of it, any tips?
