Fellow working dog handlers, looking for any kit recommendations

The cold winter months are drawing in and Iām looking for any kit recommendations but looking desperately for a jacket I can wear over body armour.
Currently running the 5.11 tactic for an armed dog handler role and the winter nights are getting fairly brutal.
Love the thrudark shroud but not with the $600 price tag š
