Dell OptiPlex 755 (All in one PC) Broken screen - Possible to boot bios on external monitor?
Post Body

Hello all,

EDIT: It's a Dell opti 7490... I looked at the wrong document earlier. Sorry.

We have a Optiplex that has a broken screen, we are trying to figure out if it is possible to have the bios boot to the secondary screen instead of the all in one.

Things we have tried:

Fn/Win F4, Fn/Win F10

Is it possible to maybe disconnect the display internally and it boot to the secondary, or since it is Display/HDMI outputs are we kind of SOL?

2nd edit: we've unhooked cables from the motherboard, still didn't work. I contacted Dell and they said I'd have to pay for the repair, so we are going to just order the part and repair in house. Thanks all!
