Changes in M365 Defender Licensing

For those who get M365 volume licensing you may have issues today with your defender licensing. We have A5 currently and started having issues with Staff/Students getting licenses assigned via Group Based Licensing. Looking into it I noticed a new license available - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint P2. According to our TAM someone at Microsoft made the decision that Defender for Endpoint licensing is not covered by the Student Use Benefit, and any student devices would need an additional paid license to use on student devices.
