One Word Document will not print in color, other word docs will print in color though

I've got a weird one for you.

I have a user when they print one specific word document, it only prints black and white (all settings are correct to print in color). When opening another document, it prints in color.

I've tried cutting it into a new word document and that didn't work.

Anyone run into this before or have any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Edit (5/27/21 3:02pm EDT):

The printer in question is a Toshiba Top Access.

We powered it off for 5 minutes and now it prints color for that specific document. I have no idea why it would only dislike one document but it seems to be fixed now. Thanks everyone for the further troubleshooting.
