Blackbaud and SMART Tuition

Hello! I am currently in the process of trying to transition away from our current SIS and am considering Blackbaud. I have been messing around with their ONSuite and find it a lot better than what we currently have. They are strongly pushing SMART Tuition as part of their integrated payment services but I have heard mixed reviews about the service. Does anybody using Blackbaud and SMART have an opinion either way. Thanks for your help and suggestions!
