I have a Small Company Here Based in Ukraine, I am an American Living here that has partnered up with a IT company finding potential new Clients in the Software & web development Space. The Programmers here are top notch and cost 1/3 of what programmers cost in America. I am partnering with this company as an American in the IT space that understand the industry here and can make sure operations run smoothly. I just started 2 months ago and have built a LLC in America, Website, Professional email. Any advice for someone on a lower budget to find potential clients, I don't even mind cold calling myself if that is what it takes to find potential customers. I can hire a sales man also if that is what is needed. Where how should I target people. Any advice on this niche or ideas would be helpful.
